Privacy notice

Draft for owner review before launch. This notice must be updated with your legal business/operator identity, contact email, jurisdiction, and retention policy before you publicly collect inquiries.

Project planner and agreement status

The Fabrenio project planner currently stores answers in this browser tab's session storage so you can move backward, forward, and reload during the same tab session. Use “Clear this draft” to remove the saved answers. Closing the tab or clearing this browser session removes them. This draft is not transmitted to Fabrenio, is not stored in a project database, and does not create a submitted inquiry or reference number. Do not enter passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information.

The agreement screen displays proposed terms. Its checkbox selection is not saved, submitted, or retained as proof of acceptance. No project agreement is executed through the planner.

When inquiry submission is enabled

Secure server-side storage and verified email delivery are not yet configured for the planner. Do not treat a draft as an inquiry. Before submissions are enabled, this notice must be updated to describe the actual storage, email, processors, retention period, deletion process, and international data transfers. No customer confirmation or WhatsApp messages are currently sent.

Payments, AI, and WhatsApp

The planner does not collect card details, activate checkout, call an AI provider, or send WhatsApp messages. Fabrio currently searches its bundled approved FAQ answers locally in your browser. Text entered into Fabrio is not sent to an AI provider or stored by Fabrio. Fabrio is not AI-powered yet. Any future payment, AI, or messaging integration will require a separate disclosure before activation.

Cookies and technical data

This website does not include third-party advertising trackers or analytics by default. Hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.
